Description

This product is part of the XU range, an offer of photoelectric sensors. This ultrasonic fork equipped with a thru-beam system is designed for accurate label detection, with a sensing distance (Sn) of 3mm. It has a very compact design in 60mm that makes its integration easy in any product line, as close as possible to the label deposit and it can operate in very hot environments (+55°C). This sensor presents push-pull function and other setting and monitoring functions through IO-Link communication. The HMI disposes of 2 buttons for the setting and a bargraph with 5 LEDs to follow-up the detection status and the quality of teach if the contrast is not satisfactory. It weighs 0.095kg. The XUVU forks are dedicated to the packaging market segment. This fork is cULus, UKCA and CE certified. It is Ecolab-certified for packaging and food and beverage applications, guaranteeing long-lasting performance. It is installed via 2 fixation holes.
