Description
SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT Servomotor SIMOTICS S-1FK2 for a wide range of uses in industrial environments. The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors and are characterized by their high power density, degree of protection and overload capacity. The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotors with dual-cable connection are matched to the SINAMICS S120 drive system. The motors are available in three variants: "High Dynamic", "Compact", and "High Inertia". The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotors show their strengths to the full in their interplay with the SINAMICS S120 frequency converter. The benefits include short setting and positioning times, fast and precise compensation of disturbance variables, and stable control with a high dynamic response. The benefits of the individual versions are as follows:
S-1FK2 High Dynamic motors are characterized by their low intrinsic moment of inertia. As a result, they achieve a high acceleration capacity. They are particularly suitable for use in applications with very fast and short cycles and for low moving masses. Typical applications are, for example, packaging or handling machines.
S-1FK2 Compact motors offer high power density in a very small space, making them the ideal solution in a wide range of applications. With their short overall length, they are perfectly suited to use in confined spaces.
S-1FK2 High Inertia motors have an increased rotor moment of inertia compared to the Compact version. Typical applications are feed axes in machine tools with very high or variable load inertias. Due to the increased intrinsic moment of inertia, a stable and robust control behavior can nevertheless be achieved. The servomotor can be configured according to different requirements. For example, with and without holding brake, degree of protection IP64 or IP65, the single-turn or multiturn absolute encoders, and much more. In addition, the servomotors are available in various shaft heights from 40 to 100. A shaft sealing ring is available to achieve IP65 degree of protection and for retrofitting or as a spare part.
