In addition, the simulation platform can also be used for realistic training environments for training operating staff. SIMIT is available in four different variants (S, M, L & XL) which differ in the number of simulation tags. Simulation tags are calculated using the sum of the inputs and outputs as well as the size of all the components used in a simulation project. One dongle per single-user station is generally used for licensing. In addition, you can use the Software Update Service (SUS) to easily and cost-effectively keep your software up-to-date and receive the newest software upon its release. The SIMIT Unit can be used to link a real controller with a simulation model in SIMIT. The SIMIT Unit simulates the device behavior and enables the data exchange between the controller and SIMIT.
