Description

The current trend is to move away from light points in favor of linear lighting, based on LED strips.

During operation, the belt generates heat that must be dissipated from it. Otherwise, the tape may wear out prematurely. Special aluminium GLAX profiles are used to dissipate heat from the belt. In order to effectively dissipate heat from the tape to the aluminum profile, the tape must adhere to it with its entire surface. Therefore, before pasting the LED strip into the GLAX profile, it is necessary to degrease its center.

The shelf profile can be used both with glass shelves and made of wood or furniture board. The profile is mounted with double-sided tape to the surface of the shelf. The shelf itself should be moved away from the back of the cabinet by 17.2 mm.

For glass shelves, up to 3 LED strips can be used. One shines upwards, the other downwards and the third through the glass, giving an amazing light splitting effect.
