This device belongs to the Vigilohm range designed to monitor ungrounded/IT electrical networks, in accordance to installation and products standards. When two or more communicating devices (XM300C, XML308/316, XL308/316 or XD308C) are used. Or when communication with a supervisor is required, it is necessary to connect one interface to the communication bus. The interface allows communication between the Vigilohm System and a supervisor or PLC using a Modbus type protocol. It transmits the information provided by the Vigilohm System, measurement, settings, faults, alarms and identified circuit. This communication module is compatible with monitoring device XM300C, locator XL308/316, combined device XML308/316 and detector XD308C. 2 LED indicate the power status and communication. The interface is able to exclude the injection from monitoring device to avoid any perturbation inside a small network. The device can be supplied by a 220V AC to 240V AC source with a tolérence of plus 10% or minus 15%. This product is installed flush mounted, an enclosure door for example. ingress protection is IP30 when flush mounted.
