Description

This encoder splitter cable is used to split the motor encoder feedback signal. One signal is directed to the drive and one to the RJ45 connection of the safe speed monitoring module. It is used between SIN/COS safe speed monitoring modules and Lexium 32, 52 and 62 servo drives and the associated servo motors. It has a male RJ45 male connector, straight for the safe speed monitoring module. It is composed on one side with a red twisted unshielded pairs cable (fitted with a RJ45 connector) and a green twisted unshielded pairs cable (fitted with a RJ45 connector), and on the other side with a female RJ45 connector. It weighs 0.15 kg. It measures 1m. It is ideal for monitoring safety functions such as emergency stop, guard monitoring, perimeter guarding, position monitoring, speed monitoring and enabling movement. The Modicon MCM modular safety controller system provide flexibility and scalability from 8 inputs, 2 dual/4 single channel outputs up to 128 inputs, 16 dual/32 single channel outputs, up to 32 or 48 diagnostic status outputs. Modicon MCM modular safety controller system are designed to monitor multiple safety functions on and around a machine to minimise the risk of people accessing the dangerous moving parts of the machine.
