Description
The built-in socket with improved accidental-contact guard according to NF C61-314 (French) and NBN C61-112 (Belgian) standard is made from highly impact resistant thermoplastic and is, as indicated by the 'hammer' mark, suitable for heavy duty applications. As a new feature, ABL has developed the flexible supply cable connection. This enables the customer to connect the built-in socket to supply cables of up to 2.5 mm² from any direction. Simple looping for wiring up in series is another advantage. This eliminates the tedious threading of two wires into one terminal. The built-in socket with flanged mount is heat, frost and UV resistant. It is touch protected for finger and back-of-hand contact according to DGUV-V3 and splash protected according to IP54.
