Descrizione

Replacement component for tension management in light ribbon/hose/strip systems. FX-QMW-G2-SMME SPRING SURFK20 functions as a stabilizing spring unit, prevents slack or overstretch during operation. Specialized for dynamic strip configurations where load distribution shifts under varying operating conditions. Compact design — hard casing material rated for medium mechanical strain. Springs are precision-coiled alloy designed to resist deformation over extended cycles (~1500 operations verified). Mount point spacing aligned with G2-class frame specifications, compatible only with pre-drilled modular setups (non-adjustable). Electrical insulation minimal — category IV non-conductive layer tested up to 60V max application. Product not suitable for conduit systems requiring active EMI shielding; grounding unnecessary. Raw notes: Length approx 35mm, Weight ~12g, Alloy grade X227 certified, Tension range between 0.3-1.5N, Surface ID marking embossed (SURFK20), Operational temp -20°C to +50°C, No integrated fasteners included, Serial trace code matches 4062172342797 formatting per usual check standards.
