During operation, the LED strip generates heat that must be dissipated from it. Otherwise, the tape may wear out prematurely. Special aluminium GLAX profiles are used to dissipate heat from the belt. In order to effectively dissipate heat from the tape to the aluminum profile, the tape must adhere to it with its entire surface. Therefore, before pasting the LED strip into the GLAX profile, it is necessary to degrease its center.
Applied profiles are very often chosen by customers due to the very simple assembly. In the case of the micro profile, special mounting brackets are used, having small, curved blades that hold the profile in place. It is recommended that the distance between the grips is not more than 1 meter. The mounting brackets are screwed to the selected surface with screw Г 3 with a conical head. It is very important that the diameter of the screw head does not exceed 6 mm.
The micro profile allows you to get a narrow line of light without visible light points.
The micro profile is dedicated to narrow, 5 mm LED strips.
