A functional SINAMICS G120P inverter is created by teaming up the SINAMICS power unit with a matching CU230P-2 Control Unit and an IOP (Intelligent Operator Panel) or Basic Operator Panel (BOP-2) – or optionally a blanking cover. Thanks to the integrated Safety functions (Safe TorqueOff / Safe Stop 1) the power unit conforms to the highest safety level. Can be used in harsh environmental conditions as a result of the high degree of protection (IP55). The integrated DC link inductor ensures that savings are possible due to greater energy efficiency with a higher output voltage. The PM240P-2 power unit with IP55 protection is available for the power range from 11 kW to 132 kW and in three frame sizes ranging from FSD to FSF. It covers a voltage range from 380 V to 690 V. SINAMICS – the seamless drive family for every application area.
