Return Policy

In short: returns are accepted for defective or damaged items within 7 calendar days of receipt; an RMA is required; we cover return shipping if caused by transit damage or our error; custom/specially ordered items are non-returnable; refunds go to the original payment method; warranty handling follows Latvian law. Returns & Replacements (B2B)

  1. We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products, subject to the conditions below. 
  2. Notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt if you discover any defects or damages. Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed acceptance of the delivery. Important: any visible damages must also be noted on the CMR consignment note upon receipt; otherwise we may be unable to guarantee a refund or compensation. 
  3. How to start a return (RMA): complete the Return or Exchange Form and email it to [email protected]. We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number; returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused. 
  4. Condition of goods: items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. 
  5. Inspection: we reserve the right to inspect and verify returned products before issuing refunds or replacements. To speed up assessment, we may request photos/videos of the defect and images of the shipping label/box and the CMR page showing any remarks made at delivery.
  6. Return shipping costs: if the return is due to transit damage or our error, we cover return shipping. In all other cases, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. 
  7. Partial defects: minor defects affecting part of the delivered goods do not entitle the buyer to reject the entire order or withhold payment for conforming products. 
  8. Processing: once the returned products are received and checked, we will process a refund or send a replacement accordingly. 
  9. Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  10. Non-returnable items: custom, made-to-order, non-standard or specially ordered products are non-returnable
  11. Warranty: products covered by a warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and our warranty procedures.
