Delivery

Updated: 06.11.2025

In short: we deliver B2B orders across Europe using more than 20 logistics partners, offer three delivery methods (Consolidated / Classic / Self pick-up), build pallets up to 180–210 cm to lower €/kg cost, store consolidated goods free of charge, confirm the shipping price before payment and provide full tracking plus clear order statuses in your account.

1. Delivery & logistics overview

To move goods quickly and safely across Europe, we work with 20+ European and global logistics companies, including DPD, DHL, UPS, TNT/FedEx, Omniva, Raben, ACE Logistics, Dachser and DB Schenker. For each shipment we request offers from several carriers and select the option that best matches your priorities on price, route, transit time and cargo type.

Wherever possible, we build pallets up to 180–210 cm high to maximise space utilisation, reduce the number of pallets and significantly lower your shipping cost per kilogram. If the goods are in stock, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within the Baltics and 5–10 business days across Europe, depending on the carrier and service level.

The delivery price is always confirmed before payment, so you know your total landed cost upfront. We do not offer “free delivery” – instead we keep product prices as low and transparent as possible and show shipping as a separate line.

1.1. Delivery & logistics – key advantages

  • 20+ logistics partners – Raben, ACE Logistics, Dachser, DB Schenker and many others, plus parcel carriers (DPD, DHL, UPS, TNT/FedEx, Omniva).
  • Multi-carrier quotes for every shipment – we compare several offers and select the best option for price and delivery time.
  • Max-height palletisation 180–210 cm – fewer pallets and lower €/kg shipping cost where possible.
  • Smart consolidation via “Ready to Ship Items” – you can consolidate multiple orders into one shipment instead of sending many partial deliveries.
  • Free storage for consolidated goods – we keep Ready to Ship items free of charge while you build a full pallet or combined shipment.
  • Shipping price confirmed before payment – no hidden fees; you always see the final cost before you pay.
  • Full tracking and documents – tracking numbers and CMR documents are provided for each shipment.

2. What delivery methods do you offer and how do they differ?

We offer three delivery methods:

  • Consolidated delivery (Receive my order consolidated)

    We store your orders in our warehouse and wait until it is more cost-effective to ship everything together. This method helps reduce delivery costs by combining your orders into one shipment, which may take longer to arrive and is ideal for pallet deliveries.

    We collect offers from more than 20 logistics companies and aim to ship fully loaded pallets (180–210 cm high) to maximise space and savings. We track items marked as “Ready to Ship” to find the best delivery option, or you can organise transportation yourself at any time (Ready to Ship → Ship Request). We also provide free temporary storage in our warehouse for consolidated goods.

  • Classic delivery (Standard or Express)

    This option ensures faster delivery of the entire order and is suitable for both pallets and parcels. We collect offers from more than 20 logistics companies to provide you with the best shipping option.

    You also have the possibility to request the shipment of “Ready to Ship” items that are already in our warehouse, without waiting for the rest of the order to be completed. When choosing this method, you can select either Standard or Express delivery. Choose Express if you need your order as quickly as possible, and we will offer the fastest available shipping solution.

  • Self pick-up

    We do not organise delivery. Instead, we provide you with a packing list (including HS codes) and the dimensions and weight of your order, so that you can arrange the shipment yourself through your own logistics provider.

3. How can I track my order?

If you have received a tracking number, simply enter it on the respective carrier’s website. If a tracking number is not available, please contact your account manager to get the current status of your order. You can also easily view your order information and status in your account, under the “Orders” section.

  • Pending – your order is currently being processed. We are verifying availability and preparing for confirmation. We will provide a status update or further instructions shortly.
  • In Progress (approx.) – your item has already been ordered but is currently out of stock. We are working to acquire it. The estimated delivery date is an approximate date based on our experience and typical supplier lead times.
  • In Progress (confirmed) – your item has already been ordered but is currently out of stock. We are working to acquire it. The estimated delivery date has been confirmed by the supplier.
  • Ready to Ship – your item is reserved and ready for shipment at our warehouse. To arrange delivery, visit the “Ready to Ship Items” tab and click “Request for Shipment”. Shipping will proceed once this action is completed.
  • Delivered – order is delivered to your location. In some cases, part of the shipment may still be in local transit with the last-mile carrier. The invoice has been sent.
  • Cancelled – your order has been cancelled. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

4. How do estimated delivery times work (Approx & Confirmed)?

Before placing an order, you will see an Estimated Delivery Time (approx.) on the catalogue page, product page and in your cart. This is an indicative date based on typical supplier lead times, stock levels and standard transit times. It may still change during order processing.

After your order is confirmed and suppliers provide their official responses, we update the dates to Estimated Delivery Time (confirmed) where possible. These are dates confirmed by suppliers and used for project and installation planning.

If you need more precise dates before placing an order, you can create a quote and add a comment such as “Please provide confirmed delivery dates”. We will contact suppliers, collect their responses and send you a consolidated update.

5. How much does delivery cost and can I know the price before ordering?

Delivery costs are calculated individually for every shipment. The final price depends on:

  • total weight and volume of your order (including pallet height);
  • destination country, region and delivery address specifics (city centre, remote area, islands, etc.);
  • chosen delivery method (Consolidated / Classic / Self pick-up);
  • required additional services (tail lift, timed delivery, fragile or oversized cargo, customs clearance, etc.);
  • current tariffs, fuel surcharges and conditions of our logistics partners.

Because the price depends on the actual pallet configuration and final weight/volume, we can confirm the exact delivery cost only after your order is created and ready for shipment. At that stage we request offers from leading logistics partners and select the option that best matches your preferences on price and transit time. You then receive a personalised delivery price, which is always shown before payment.

If you would like to know the delivery cost before placing an order, you have two options:

  • Create a quote and write in the comment, for example: “Please calculate delivery price”. We will prepare an individual delivery offer based on your items and destination.
  • Contact your account manager and send your cart or list of items with the delivery address. We will request preliminary offers from several logistics partners and share an estimate.

6. Is there a minimum order amount (MOQ)?

The current minimum order amount is €100. This change allows us to provide even better service and added value to our customers. Exception: if you choose the delivery method “Self pick-up”, the minimum order amount does not apply – you can place an order for a smaller amount.

7. Do you offer free delivery?

No – our B2B pricing policy is designed to offer you the lowest possible product prices, which is why delivery costs are not included in the price. Delivery costs are always calculated separately based on your order and shipping method.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver goods worldwide – to all countries where the European Union permits the import of goods.

9. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are dispatched on the same or the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Latvia), provided that payment has been received (including settlement of any previous debts) and all ordered items are available in stock.

10. How are delivery delays handled?

If you notice that your shipment is delayed, please contact your account manager. They will provide information about the reason for the delay, updated delivery timelines, and discuss possible next steps to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

11. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please visit our Returns page, where you will find detailed information about the claims process and the next steps to follow.

12. What is Request Delivery Date (RDD) and how does it work?

If you need more precise delivery dates for items already in progress, you can use the Request Delivery Date (RDD) function in your account.

  • You submit an RDD request for your order or selected items.
  • We contact all relevant suppliers and request confirmed dates.
  • Suppliers provide their official delivery dates.
  • You receive a consolidated update with all Estimated Delivery Time (confirmed) dates in one place.

This helps you plan installations, project milestones and on-site work based on real supplier confirmations, not just approximate estimates.
