Description
Überspannungs-Schutzeinrichtungen SPD Typ 2 mit QuickSafe® Technologie, geprüft nach DIN EN 61643-11, sind geeignet zum Schutz von elektrischen Niederspannungsanlagen und Endgeräten vor gefährlichen Überspannungen. Die SPD erfüllen die Forderungen nach Überspannungsschutz, die sich aus der DIN VDE 0100-443 und 534 ergeben. Alle Überspannungs-Schutzeinrichtungen sind kompatibel mit der Baureihe System pro M compact und mit diesen über Phasenschienen verschienbar. Alle Geräte sind mit einer Funktionsanzeige ausgestattet. Die Varianten mit „Reserve-Varistor“ (s) bieten dadurch einen zusätzlichen Schutz der elektrischen Anlage, dass am Lebensdauerende die Überspannungs-Schutzeinrichtung nicht komplett vom Netz getrennt wird, sondern durch einen zusätzlichen Varistor ein Basisschutz garantiert und die Anlage somit bis zum Austausch des Überspannungsschutzmodul weiterhin geschützt ist.
