SYSTEMLED SurfaceOne is a specialized LED light for inspection and assembly areas. It meets the requirements of the VDA 16 module and therefore provides standardized lighting for visually demanding inspection tasks. This makes it ideal for the reliable inspection of painted, metal, and other demanding surfaces. It delivers optimal lighting with color temperatures of 4000 K and 6500 K, which are arranged alternately within the light, along with a color rendering index of Ra > 90 for precise surface inspection and the detection of defects or irregularities. The microprismatic cover ensures uniform illumination without visible light points. Thanks to its high luminous output, excellent color rendering, and low-glare light with a UGR value below 22, the SYSTEMLED SurfaceOne enables fatigue-free working during extended visual inspections when used correctly. The light is available in versions with three or four light sources and in three different lengths. Mounting is carried out using optional accessories via rear T-slots, and electrical connection is made via GST18i3. The light is maintenance-free and delivers homogeneous light and a long service life. An external control unit is also included with the light.
