G9 LED light sources are a popular type of bulb that is used for indoor lighting. The G9 shaft is a small, two-pin shank that is mainly used in decorative lamps.

The G9 bulb with COB diode is a modern proposition on the lighting market. COB (Chip-on-board) is a technology in which many micro LEDs are placed on a small, flat surface. As a result, the G9 bulb with COB has a very high light density, which means that it emits much more light per unit area than traditional G9 bulbs with single LEDs.

Examples of applications of G9 bulbs are:

  • Spot lighting: G9 bulbs are often used in spot lighting, such as bedside lamps, desk lamps or wall lamps, where it is required to focus the light on a specific point.
