Description

The TUBELED_40 II Integrated is the built-in version of the proven TUBELED_40 II LED machine light, developed specifically based on customer requirements. Its compact design is tailored to the installation spaces of common machine tools, allowing use even in areas where conventional machine lights do not fit. With its oil-resistant and chip-impact-resistant construction and shatterproof single-pane safety glass, the light is perfectly suited for harsh production environments. It can be integrated into both standardized and custom-designed installation shafts and sits nearly flush with the machine surface, helping to prevent dirt accumulation. Sealing between the light and machine housing is ensured by molded gaskets. The daylight-white 100° wide-angle illumination delivers flicker-free, uniform light without UV or IR components. The TUBELED_40 II Integrated is ideal for use in micro-precision machines, stamping presses, EDM machines, and other manufacturing systems, and continues to perform reliably even at ambient temperatures up to +60 °C.
