Description
This APC Smart-UPS is intended for IT professionals and network administrators focused on maintaining operational continuity. The 3kVA line-interactive 2U rackmount UPS delivers pure sine wave output to protect essential equipment during power fluctuations. It features an IEC 320 C20 input and includes BS1363A British and Schuko CEE 7/EU1-16P input cables, along with 8 IEC 320 C13 outlets, 1 IEC 320 C19 outlet, and 3 IEC jumper cables for flexible deployment.
It supports cloud-based remote power monitoring, firmware updates, remote diagnostics, and automated email alerts with suggested corrective actions. A built-in SmartSlot enables the addition of an optional Network Management Card, allowing for controlled shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, and hyperconverged infrastructure via PowerChute Network Shutdown.
The unit integrates with EcoStruxure IT as well as third-party management platforms. It provides protection against lightning strikes, voltage drops, brownouts, and electrical surges. The SMT UPS comes with a 3-year warranty, while the internal lead-acid battery is covered for 2 years. It is compatible with user-replaceable battery cartridges, and official APC replacements help restore full runtime and performance.
