Description
This 2200VA APC Smart-UPS is a dependable power backup system built for IT teams managing critical infrastructure. It delivers line-interactive sine wave output in a compact 2U rackmount format, ensuring safe operation of servers and network hardware during blackouts or voltage swings.
The unit connects via IEC C20 input and includes British (BS1363A) and Schuko (CEE 7/EU1-16P) power cords. It offers eight IEC C13 and one IEC C19 outlets, plus three jumper cables for internal rack distribution.
Remote monitoring is available through APC’s cloud services — firmware updates, fault checks, and alerts with suggested actions are handled without physical access. The SmartSlot on the rear panel accepts an optional network card, allowing automated server shutdown using PowerChute tools. Integration with EcoStruxure IT and third-party systems is supported.
This UPS shields connected devices from surges, drops, and electrical noise. The unit comes with a 3-year hardware warranty, while the internal lead-acid battery is covered for 2 years. Battery cartridges are hot-swappable and easily replaced using genuine APC spares to maintain full backup runtime.
