The MST-92A snow melting controller with an outdoor air(ambient) temperature sensor and FSM-12 moisture sensor is designed for de-icing open areas, such as stairs, ramps, steps, driveways, parking spaces, underpasses, etc. The MST-92A snow melting controller with an outdoor air(ambient) temperature sensor and WSM-13 moisture sensor is designed for roof de-icing on buildings to heat drainage elements such as gutters, water troughs, drip trays, and down-pipes, to clear their surfaces of precipitation and prevent the formation of ice.
