The devices combine the functions of circuit breaker, contactor and electronic overload relay and offer extremely high operational reliability. A low number of variants simplifies logistics. The compact design saves space in the control cabinet. Thanks to removable terminals, easy replacement is possible. The devices are approved for worldwide use (e.g. IEC and UL/CSA).
The compact starters are available as direct-on-line or reversing starters and with various setting ranges. Designed for AC or DC operation, they are available with screw or spring-loaded terminals, or without terminals.
In addition to the communication link via AS-interface, the 3RA68 infeed system and auxiliary contacts as well as terminals are available as accessories.
