OS63GD02K SWITCH FUSE

The OS63GD02K is a robust switch-disconnector fuse designed for low-voltage applications, offering reliable performance for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure systems. This 2-pole device supports a conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) of up to 63A at 40°C and is compatible with NH000-sized fuses in accordance with DIN standards. It operates on front-operated mode via a direct-mounted handle and supports base mounting.

 

Engineered to meet IEC 60947-3 standards, the OS63GD02K provides high electrical endurance with rated operational voltages up to 690V AC and rated insulation voltage of 1000V. It achieves conditional short-circuit strength ratings of 100kA at 500V and 80kA at 690V, ensuring safety under fault conditions in demanding environments. Additionally, its power loss rating is optimized at only 2W under full load operation.

 

This unit offers flexible wire connection capacities ranging from stranded or flexible conductors between 2.5 mm² to 25 mm², accommodating diverse installation requirements. The screw terminals are designed for secure connections using hexagon screws tightened within the specified torque range (3–4 N·m). For ease of wiring setup, it features an efficient wire stripping length guide at either metric (12mm) or imperial units (0.47 inches).

 

An IP20-rated enclosure ensures protection against solid external objects in compliance with IEC standard definitions. Dimensions include a compact footprint: width—190mm, height—170mm; depth—210mm; contributing to streamlined installations even in space-critical settings.
