The OS400D30-3 switch fuse is a three-pole (3P) disconnecting device designed to provide reliable protection and isolation for electrical circuits in industrial applications. With a conventional thermal current capacity of 400 A in both free-air conditions and enclosed setups, this unit supports NH fuse sizes (NH0, NH1, NH2) within a DIN-compliant fuse system.

 

Engineered for robust performance even under demanding conditions, the OS400D30-3 offers a rated operational power of up to 400 kW at 690 V AC (AC-23A), alongside exceptional overload protection enabled by its rated conditional short-circuit currents: 100 kA at 500V and 80 kA at 690V. The device features lug terminals with tightening torque requirements between 30–44 N·m for secure installation on base-mounted assemblies. Additional technical specifications include a low-voltage short-time withstand current rating of 14 kA rms over one second.

 

This IP20-rated switch fuse provides frontal operating control while minimizing power losses at just 36 W under full load conditions.
