The OS160GD22LR-MNS is a high-performance 4-pole switch-disconnector fuse unit, engineered for industrial electrical systems requiring reliable load isolation and protection. This device supports a maximum conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) of 160 A at an ambient temperature of 40 °C and operates with DIN-sized NH000 and NH00 fuses. Rated for main circuit operational voltages up to 690 V AC, it provides conditional short-circuit current withstand ratings of up to 100 kA at 500 V or 80 kA at 690 V.

 

Designed in compliance with IEC 60947-3 standards, the OS160GD22LR-MNS features front operation with left input-right output terminals and includes a switched non-fusible fourth pole. It incorporates lug terminals with tightening torque ranging between 15 N·m and 22 N·m, ensuring secure connections during installation.
