This product is part of the XUN range, an offer of hybrid photo-electric sensors. Operating in diffuse mode, this cylindrical sensor uses a direct reflection system with background suppression used to detect object without detecting the background. This sensor presents adjustable distance sensitivity, NO/NC function, PNP/NPN output, and other functions through IO-Link communication. It is a photo-electric cell with a rated supply voltage of 12V to 24VDC and protection against reverse polarity. Our sensor boasts an impressive sensing range, extending up to 0.3 meters. Equipped with a potentiometer and a visible HMI featuring bright LEDs, our sensors offer user-friendly setup and monitoring, simplifying your conveying operations. This photocell features a miniature and robust housing. The casing and the potentiometer is made of plastic (PBT/PC) and the lens is made of PMMA. Its dimensions are 59.2mm (Height) x 15mm (Width) x 31.9mm (Depth) x 18mm (Diameter) and it weighs 0.015kg. It can operate in very cold (-30°C) and very hot environments (+55°C). It uses a standard M12 connector, compatible with all existing market sensor cabling. These sensors are built to withstand severe conveying environments with IP67 and IP69K degree protection. They are Ecolab-certified for packaging and food and beverage applications, guaranteeing long-lasting performance. This product is certified by CE, UL and CSA. This sensor is sold in a paper bag, with 2 nuts as accessories. Facilitated by its outer thread and twin nuts, this hybrid photo-electric sensor can be easily mounted directly on a surface or bracket.
