Description

The current trend is to move away from light points in favor of linear lighting, based on LED strips.

During operation, the belt generates heat that must be dissipated from it. Otherwise, the tape may wear out prematurely. Special aluminium GLAX profiles are used to dissipate heat from the belt. In order to effectively dissipate heat from the tape to the aluminum profile, the tape must adhere to it with its entire surface. Therefore, before pasting the LED strip into the GLAX profile, it is necessary to degrease its center.

The profile with adjustable lighting angle belongs to the group of mortise profiles and requires milling with a width of 25 mm and a depth of 10 mm.

The whole consists of two elements purchased separately (when assembling, press one into the other):

Profile embedded in furniture board - PA-GLAXREG2-AL
Profile for changing the beam angle - PA-GLAXREG1-AL.

Effectively dissipates the heat generated by the LED strip;
Dedicated milk casing PA-OSMLGLAX-00;
Dedicated transparent casing PA-OSTRGLAX-00;
The adjustment range of the beam angle is 44В°;
The maximum width of the LED strip is 10 mm.
