This wireless and battery-less limit switch is part of the XCMW range, an offer with a miniature design. This range includes transmitters (micro limit switches) and receivers that communicate via 2.4 GHz radio transmission. Limit switches are used in all automated installations. They transmit data to the logic processing system regarding presence, absence, passing, positioning and end of travel. This ready-to-use pack makes it easier to install XCMW limit switches. The limit switch with diameter 6mm round thermoplastic rod lever (transmitter) and the receiver included in this pack are factory-paired. No wiring is required between the limit switch and the receiver, for a faster installation. The limit switch included in this pack reaches a sensing distance of 100m in free field, 300m with an external antenna and 25m in industrial environment. The configurable receiver of this pack has 4 PNP outputs, 2 buttons (teach and parameter setting), and 6 LED indicators (power ON, function modes, output status, signal strength). The wireless limit micro switch included in this pack is suitable for automatic doors, expandable conveyors, wheel chocks for trucks, rotary machines and turntables. The switch of this pack complies with EN/IEC 60947-5 and CE standards, with UL, CSA, CCC and UKCA certifications, with EMC 2004/108/EC and R&TTE 1999/5/EC directives. It benefits from the radio approvals FCC, IC, ACMA, RCM, MIC. A relay antenna to boost the signal, an external antenna for access points and one communication module for Ethernet Modbus/TCP network can be purchased separately. The limit switch of this pack features 2 holes Ø 4.2mm (Ø 0.17inches) for screw fixing. The receiver can be set on a 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail or a mounting plate. No wiring is needed between the limit switch and the receiver.
