Stranded heating conductors made of CuNi, CuCr, NiCr alloys depending on the resistance. Internal insulation made of heat-resistant extruded FEP. Aluminum foil screen. Drain conductor made of stranded Al-Mg wires. External insulation made of PVC-modified polyvinyl chloride with increased heat resistance. Synthetic fiberglass mesh 50cm wide. Cold lead 3.0m long (PVC 3×1.0mm2).

The thickness of the heating cable is only 3.6 mm, which allows to use the minimum thickness of the tile adhesive. The heating cable is securely sewn to an ultra-thin and durable synthetic mesh with a thickness of only 0.2 mm, which does not deform when laid out.
