Beschreibung

This product is part of the Preventa XPS MP, XPS MC, XPS MCM range, an offer of safety controllers. This safety controller provides 32 inputs and 48 LEDs for signalling. It is supplied with 24 V DC. It has 32 safety inputs. It is a safety controller with a power consumption of 12W, control circuit voltage of 28.8V and a rated supply voltage of 24V DC. Supported communication port protocols are Modbus with RJ45 port and Profibus with 9-way SUB-D female port serial link. It is an IP20 rated product. Its dimensions are 74mm (Width) x 153mm (Depth) x 151.5mm (Height). It weighs 0.84kg. It is designed to provide a solution for safety applications requiring conformity to Performance Level PL e/Category 4 EN/ISO 13849-1 and SIL3 EN/IEC 61508. This product is certified by UL, CSA and TUV. It meets EN 574/ISO 13851, EN 1760-1/ISO 13856-1, EN/IEC 61496-1, EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, EN 954-1/EN/ISO 13849-1 and IEC 61508 standards. The Safety controller XPSMC is configurable and addressable using software XPSMCWIN running on a PC and using a USB/RJ45 cable type TCSMCNAM3M002P to connect to the safety controller. It installs with a mounting plate for mounting on rail. Simple, it features redundancy principle micro-processor based technology to provide advanced functions, flexibility regarding the choice of safety function and more precise diagnostics are just some of its advantages. Safety controller XPS MC is configured with a simple software environment where functions are mapped to the various controller outputs according to the application requirements.
