Direct-on-line starter High Feature; Incl. fan (3RW4928-8VB00); Electronic switching; Electronic overload protection up to 5.5 kW / 400 V; Adjustment range 4.0 .. 12 A; PROFIenergy; Option: 3DI/LC module Direct-on-line starter SIMATIC ET 200SP for functional switching of three-phase motors, with short-circuit protection and electronic overload protection.
The multifunctional motor starters are fully integrated in the ET 200SP distributed I/O system. The fast and comprehensive configuration takes place in the TIA Portal. Thanks to hybrid switching technology, the devices are extremely durable and energy efficient. Thanks to the wide setting range, there is less variety of devices which means reduced costs for stock keeping and configuration. The narrow design saves space in the control cabinet. The easy installation by means of a wiring bus and plug-in technology facilitates fast replacement of the motor starters and increases the availability of the plant. The devices are approved for worldwide use (e.g. IEC, CCC and UL/CSA) and are IE3/IE4-ready.
Available as direct-on-line or reversing starter with various motor current ranges, optionally with safety-related shutdown, also for hazardous applications (ATEX).
A BaseUnit is necessary for operation of the ET 200SP motor starter. Optionally, a 3DI/LC control module can be snapped on, in order to establish local control with three additional digital inputs.
The ET 200SP distributed I/O supersedes the tried and tested ET 200S system.
