Description
This component is a pressure regulator designed to control and stabilize gas flow in pneumatic systems. Its primary function is to maintain consistent output pressure, even when input pressure fluctuates, ensuring system reliability and operational accuracy.
### Specifications:
- Nominal working pressure range: 0–12 bar.
- Maximum inlet pressure capacity: 16 bar.
- Port threading standard: G1/4 (ISO).
### Materials & Build Quality:
- Body material used is anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance.
- Internal diaphragm constructed from nitrile rubber (NBR) for durability and compatibility with various gases.
- Sealing components are PTFE-based to minimize leaks under sustained use.
### Operational Conditions:
Recommended temperature range for operation is -5°C to +50°C with non-condensing humidity environments only. Designed exclusively for clean, dry air or inert gases – not rated for combustible media handling.
#### Technical Notes / Limitations:
- Cannot be used above its stated maximum inlet pressure rating; risks failure or damage.
- Requires filtering input gas to at least ISO8573 class 2 contamination level.
- Not suitable for aggressive chemical exposure or liquid-phase applications.
- Diaphragm wear could occur faster at constant high-output pressures above 10 bar — monitor regularly.
