Description

This APC Smart-UPS is designed to help IT managers and network administrators keep systems running during extended power interruptions. With a 3kVA line-interactive design, this 2U UPS supports both rack and tower configurations, delivering pure sine wave output to safeguard essential equipment.

The SMX3000RMHV2UNC includes an IEC 320 C20 input and ships with multiple power cords (BS1363A, C20, and Schuko CEE 7/EU1-16P) for flexible deployment. It features 8 IEC C13 outlets and one IEC C19 outlet, supporting a wide range of devices.

A pre-installed Network Management Card provides remote monitoring and control over the network. The system also supports PowerChute Network Shutdown, allowing for controlled shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, or HCI clusters. A SmartSlot is available for additional network cards, enabling enhanced remote access (optional cards sold separately).

The UPS integrates with EcoStruxure IT and other centralized monitoring platforms. Its flexible form factor lets it operate as a standalone tower or be mounted into a server rack using the included brackets and stabilizing feet.

The unit is backed by a 3-year UPS warranty and a 2-year battery warranty. It supports user-replaceable battery cartridges, and official APC replacements restore performance and runtime to factory levels.

Additional features include an AP9335T temperature sensor, three switchable outlet groups for segmented power control, and an Emergency Power Off (EPO) interface for remote shutdown in critical situations.
