Description

New weather station for pole and pipe mounting, including power supply. Compatible with the Somfy animeo control systems animeo IB+ and KNX. The M13 weather station features a total of 13 high-precision individual sensors and can record the following weather data: ambient brightness from 8 separate cardinal directions, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation, ambient temperature, and date and time via an integrated GPS receiver. Wind speed is measured using a flow sensor. The weather data is transmitted to the Somfy animeo control units IB+, IP/io, and KNX, and effectively utilized. The high-quality housing material ensures long-lasting color vibrancy. The weather station is aligned according to the facade orientation and is secured with a single set screw. The individual components are not pre-wired. A clear wiring diagram is included. The weather station can optionally be mounted on a standard pole (48-50 mm) or on a wall. The use of the mounting bracket (part no. 1860320) is recommended for optimal weather data acquisition. To connect to the respective Somfy animeo control unit, the weather station is connected to a connection unit (W x H x D: 254 x 180 x 90 mm). For surge protection between the weather station, the connection unit, and the Somfy animeo control units, please refer to item no. 9014897. Only one cable (4-core) between the weather station and the connection unit needs to be fused.
